Sales Support Advisor - ARD1032411 Do you have experience working in a customer service role, maybe in retail or hospitality? Are you looking for that next great move in your career? Then we have an exciting new opportunity for you as a Sales Support member within our friendly team based in Cheltenham.
Joining us as a Sales Support member you'll have the benefit of working Monday to Friday and earn a basic salary relative to your experience as well as the opportunity to earn a generous quarterly bonus . Work life balance is important, so this role is just 37.5 hours a week , Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:30am-5pm. Once you're feeling confident and your training is complete, the role will become hybrid , where you'll have the option to work from home 2 days of your working week.
We have qualified Mental Health Ambassadors onsite for anyone who needs a chat and additional incentives for recognition. We offer knowledge development and a structured training plan to develop your corporate career and promote internal progression across the team and company.
What does a Sales Support member here do? Provide great customer service to new customers over the phone and by e-mail Build positive relationships with customers and Insurers providing advice and solutions Take personal responsibility for lead generating for our sales team Meet and exceed business targets and KPI's Work in a financially regulated environment and play an important role in helping our company ensure we protect our customers What are we looking for in our Sales Support member?
