Come Join Our Team: Sales Support Administration Role in Solar Power Industry Are you someone with an administrative background looking for a new opportunity? We are on the hunt for someone who is experienced and can work in a small and busy team environment. We are looking for someone who can: Assist the General Manager & Business Development Manager with collating data for reporting purposes. The majority of the job will be office-based and dealing with all customer orders. At times you may be required to lift a box (up to 10kg) or locate a package from the stores. Ensure Solartive's sales processes are documented and standardised. Submit and follow up on Distributed Generation (DG) applications to Lines Company. Provide PA/admin support for Director (phone calls, emails, document creation). Prepare jobs for installation (documentation packs, scheduling installations, and electrical inspections). Assist with digital marketing (content creation, social media, etc.). Attend various trade shows across Northland (approx. 3 weekend working days required per year). Person Profile: A strong administrator with a keen eye for process. Experience in similar administration/support roles (e.g., sales support, customer service). Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service. The ability to work methodically and systematically with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Highly developed written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated and uses initiative. Ability to quickly pick up new systems and processes.
