Belgotex is a dynamic company offering a diverse range of flooring solutions for New Zealand's unique conditions. We have Design Centres in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch (HO) and an Auckland Distribution Centre. We are part of a large international company and bring leading international design trends to both the Domestic and Commercial markets.
We are currently seeking an energetic, customer-centric, and solutions-focused team member to join our fast-paced, high-quality sales support team at our Christchurch Head Office.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.00pm.
Position Duties Include: Being the first point of call for 0800 line and company inbox.
Taking high volume inbound calls.
Processing a high volume of sales orders on the company database.
Advising the best course of action to customers.
Escalating requests to the appropriate departments.
Working with and resolving any order-related issues that may occur.
Arranging optimal dispatch timeframes for customer orders and liaising with our domestic freight providers.
Essential Skills: Ability to multi-task and handle a high volume, fast-paced environment.
A mature and positive attitude.
Natural ability to build relationships and communicate well with your team.
Attention to detail and a natural aptitude with numbers.
Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel.
