Job Description We seek a self-motivated, enthusiastic Sales Support 2IC and Checkouts to assist the Sales Support Manager in leading and developing the team responsible for managing all customer-critical processes at the 'front of house'.
You will also support back-of-house operations, ensuring internal audit requirements are met, and administration tasks are completed daily.
Therefore, this role requires a strong customer focus and a passion for retail, contributing to a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities: Assisting the Sales Support Manager in leading and coaching the team responsible for managing all customer-critical "Front End" processes, including checkouts, loss prevention, and administration/cashier duties.
Leading Market Club acquisition – ensuring customers are being assisted in gaining the best value through our Market Club deals.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient and effective store operations.
The days and hours of work for this position are: (Full Time Permanent) Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday( Checkouts) 10am- 6.30pm Friday and Saturday (Sales Support 2IC) 1.30pm-9.30pm Qualifications Ideally, you will have the following: Proven retail experience.
Strong leadership qualities.
A passion for customer and employee experience.
Strong written and verbal communication.
