As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of your store with the Store Manager– from the team to the customers and the day-to-day operations that come with running the store as your own.
You'll be responsible for motivating, developing and inspiring your team, with the concept of driving sales through customer service and the importance of converting every customer in store, exceeding sales results through creating an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities: Leading and managing a retail team Fostering a positive team environment Providing exceptional customer care and maintaining customer relationships Effective operational management of store systems and reporting Working closely with the Territory Manager to coordinate retail store operations Achieving retail & wholesale sales budgets and KPI targets Inventory management and accuracy Ensuring administrative and audit processes Building and managing store sales as part of a team The opportunity to be part of a growing retail company Desired Skills & Experience: Previous retail & people management experience is preferred.
