About the roleAn opportunity exists to join the team as a Store Manager/Sales Manager of the Hastings store. Hands on role where your leadership skills helps contribute to the companies success. The role is varied with a mixture of retail management and wholesale sales. Not only will you manage the retail store you will also be a key part of driving the whole sales business plus the opportunity to go out and meet existing clients within your region. Responsibilities includes Maintain and build relationships with existing clients Manage and lead the small retail team to success ( x4 direct reports)Be driven and pro active to achieve sales budgets and KPISExcellent communication + relationship building skills About you: You must be driven to succeed at all timesExperience within retail management and sales/account managementExcellent customer service and communication skillsWork under pressure and have the patience to multi task different projectsHave great time management, very organised, ahead of the game at all times What is in it for you?
