Metro Direct is part of the Metro Performance Glass group - New Zealand's leading supplier of glass products & glazing services to the construction industry; we pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and service, focusing on our customers' needs and our ability to lead the market.The RoleBased in Whangarei, we are looking to add an experienced Sales Representative to our team of high performers to promote sales to the retail and residential markets.
This role has a strong new business focusand will see you responsible for identifying opportunities to establish new and existing customer relationships, leveraging these to expand market share and grow sales revenue.
This role will also include dealing with any customer queries, quoting, securing work, organising material and managing the installation process.About YouYou are an experienced sales representative, ideally in the building/construction industry who takes a consultative approach to sales.
You will have experience in both commercial and residential environments with a 'hunter' mentality.
