Integrated Energy is an established Solar and Grid Energy company that is wholly owned by Wallace Development Company Limited, and is based in Havelock North, Hawkes Bay.
We have a track record of successful solar installs on commercial properties and schools.
We do not supply to residential properties.
The role is primarily to grow the business by increasing solar use by business owners, increasing their sustainability and providing a more economic electricity solution.
We have many 'warm leads' through our existing business relationships and the role will be to utilise these to generate sales as well as generating new leads.
Other tasks include: Maintaining & growing a strong pipeline of new business through lead generation Managing the end-to-end sales process including proposal, discussions, and contract negotiation Keeping the CRM database up to date and contribute opportunities to grow the portfolio Prepare quotations, create, and implement project plans managing deadlines and delivering high quality outcomes Generate sales reports showing progress towards a sales forecast and communicate information back to the business in a timely manner Grow our target market ensuring our capability and value proposition is clear Manage the business marketing primarily through social media and online presence Sales experience is not a prerequisite but would be an advantage.
Experience in the solar industry is not essential as full training will be provided.

The renumeration package will include a competitive base salary, commission structure, use of a pool car and free medical health insurance.
