Sales Representative

Extrastaff are seeking a professional and personable Sales Representative to join a reputable cleaning company specialising in commercial and residential cleaning located in the northern suburbs. The company fosters a dynamic and collaborative business environment where innovation thrives. 
About the role: 

Identifying new sales opportunities with a proactive approach which includes cold calling
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention 
Targeting potential target groups from their pre-existing database
Create quotes for potential customers
Developing customised sales proposals and negotiate contracts to close out deals
Working with a close-knit team, and reporting to the MD and supervisor
Meeting sales targets and KPIs
Assisting in the maintenance of accurate sales records in their CRM system 

About you: 

Proven track record of success in B2B or B2C sales
Excellent communication is essential, as well as negotiation ability
Superb presentation
Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes 
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Able to work autonomously
A burning desire to succeed 
Able to pass an MOJ check 
Full clean NZ drivers' licence
Able to provide 3 work-related references
