This role is responsible for initiating and receiving calls to and from potential customers, selling Farmside products and services while focusing on providing an outstanding customer service experience.This role is for a Fixed Term contract only until the 19th of December 2025.Ko to mahi – what you'll doDevelop and maintain a high level of product knowledge and sales process skills in order to achieve required sales results and consistently meet targeted call volumes per day.Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by email, telephone and digital channels, within agreed timeframes.Report on market activities and provide relevant feedback to management.Maintain a high degree of data entry accuracy, respect database integrity and privacy, and complete administration functions in a timely manner.Maintain a high level of call quality ensuring you are consistently striving to deliver a top customer experience on every call.Provide account management support to customers with multiple services where required and be their direct point.Deal with all upsell, cross-sell, relocation and change of service queries that come into the call centre.Handle the disconnection interactions that come into the business and ensure that we have done everything we can to retain the customer.Na tou rourou - what you'll bringExperience in front-line face-to-face or phone-based customer service, or sales roles.Great verbal and email communication skills.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.Experience in working in a target-based environment, with weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.Understanding of the telecommunications products and services, although not a requirement.At One New Zealand, we have a clear purpose to help create a better-connected Aotearoa.
