Family Flooring Design is seeking a passionate Sales Representative to join its dedicated team and help the community bring its flooring dreams to life with trust, care, and expertise.
About the Role

Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to installation and after-sales care.
Support the retail and installation team with customer enquiries and sales conversion.
Source, develop and nurture leads and client relationships that align with the brand's values.
Consistently achieve sales targets and use CRM to record customer interactions.
Conduct on-site or in-office consultations and provide flooring recommendations and proposals based on business needs, budget, and specifications.
Develop B2B sales by building relationships with group home builders, real estate agents, property managers, and the commercial sector, such as fit-out companies, property maintenance groups, architects, developers, and designers within the South Auckland area.

Skills & Experience

Previous B2B or sales rep experience within the building supplies industry coupled with strong relationship management and negotiation skills
Exceptional self-motivation and the ability to drive results independently while demonstrating sales savvy, courage, and resilience
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—effective with diverse audiences, along with high numeracy and literacy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and modern IT tools, with a detail-oriented and methodical approach
Quick learner and adaptable, with innovative thinking and the ability to remain present under pressure
Sound ability to handle objections and close deals.
Full-time, permanent role
Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
