As a Sales Representative, you'll excite customers with exceptional service for new insurance on homes, cars, or contents. Unlike typical sales roles, we focus on genuinely caring for and helping customers by assessing their needs and offering personalized advice and solutions.
A typical week:
Handle inbound calls for quotes, advice, and insurance protection
Provide exceptional service with genuine interest and care
Assess customer needs proactively and offer optimal insurance solutions
Engage as a collaborative team player with regular meetings and development opportunities
The details:
Locations: Auckland or Hamilton offices, with hybrid work (2 days in-office)
Work from home available for those outside Auckland or Hamilton
Start date: Monday, 10th February 2025
Full-time training schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm for 4 weeks
Must have fibre internet connection, internet speed of 10Mbps or higher, and Wi-Fi
Must have a suitable private workspace with comfortable desk and chair
No planned leave within the first 2 months of starting
Work Hours:
After training, you can expect a rotating roster, working 7.5-hour shifts totaling 37.5 hours a week between 8am - 8pm on weekdays and 8am - 6pm on weekends. On average, you will work one weekend day per month. Twice a year, you will be given a 4-week roster of Sunday - Thursday shifts. Your rosters are given at least 4 weeks in advance to give you certainty.
