Our Takapuna-based property management company is rapidly expanding—this is your chance to be part of a business success story! We have happy staff and happy customers—just check out our Google reviews (4.9!).; and we just achieved the top three in the People's Choice Award at the 2degrees Auckland Business Awards! We need another sales rockstar to help us keep up with demand. We have more leads than we can handle and need extra support to close deals and onboard new customers! We'll give you all the tools you need—a car, laptop, phone, and training—we need you to bring us the passion, personality, and hunger for success you need in a sales role.  In a nutshell - we are property managers, and our sales team brings on new landlords, who most likely need new tenants for their properties too. The sales team signs up new customers, finds tenants for the property (with the help of the lettings team), and then hands those relationships to the property management team.  Responsibilities: You will be on the phone and calling back inbound leads. You will explain our services and set up meetings where you'll visit properties across Auckland and provide rental appraisals (full training is given!).Following up leads involves calling back people you have spoken to before and trying to get them to talk.Warm-calling lists of potential new customers - leads that have come to us via our website or marketing, but who aren't customers yet.Relationship management of new clients that you've signed up.Retention of customers - calling unhappy customers and problem-solving issues.Finding tenants for the properties you bring on (with assistance from the sales coordinator and lettings team).Keeping up-to-date with the property and rental market.Reporting at meetings about the sales teams' performance.  Skills and Qualifications: Excellent Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.Strong Communication: Clear and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal.Attention to Detail: Meticulous accuracy in managing client information and sales documentationCustomer Service: A friendly and helpful demeanour when interacting with clients and team members.Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a bonus.Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies and market conditionsProblem-Solving: Ability to identify client needs and offer practical solutionsTeam Player: Collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues.
