As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview: The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the aluminium fabrication sector.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have a deep understanding of aluminium fabrication processes and products including speed doors and pa doors .HourlyRate starts from $30 per hour .
Responsibilities: New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the aluminium fabrication industry.
High speed doors and P/A Door sales.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and offering solutions.
Product Knowledge: Possess a comprehensive understanding of the company's aluminium fabrication products and Speed door PA door services.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
Sales Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
Create and present proposals that address client needs and highlight the unique value proposition of our aluminium fabrication solutions.
Negotiation and Closing: Conduct negotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
Close sales deals and achieve revenue targets within established timelines.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with the production and engineering teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and company capabilities.
Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and facilitate seamless project execution.
Qualifications: Experience: 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in the aluminium fabrication and Speed door PA door industry .
Knowledge: Familiarity with aluminium fabrication processes, materials, and industry trends preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and compelling manner.
Results-Driven: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
