Sales Representative - Automatic Lubricators

About Us We are the distributor of advanced automatic lubricators in New Zealand, providing lubrication solutions to various industries.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative with strong sales abilities, excellent communication skills, and ideally, mechanical knowledge, to promote and sell our automatic lubricator products to clients across diverse sectors.
Key Responsibilities  Sales and Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage new clients, build a sales pipeline, and close deals for automatic lubricators.
Develop new business opportunities within target industries, such as manufacturing, heavy equipment, and facilities management.
Conduct client visits to demonstrate the product, discuss technical features, and offer customized solutions based on specific lubrication needs.
Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and ongoing business.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, product recommendations, and after-sales support.
Product Knowledge & Technical Support: Develop comprehensive knowledge of the automatic lubricators and their application in various mechanical systems.
Provide technical advice and support to clients, ensuring they understand the product benefits, installation, and maintenance procedures.
Deliver product presentations and training sessions to clients and partners, ensuring they are fully informed on the product's functionality and advantages.
Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, including leads, closed deals, customer feedback, and market intelligence.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth and success.
Qualifications and Skills Required  Proven experience in sales with a demonstrated track record of achieving targets and building strong client relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly.
Mechanical knowledge or experience in lubrication technology or related fields is a strong advantage.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
A self-driven individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Must hold a valid NZ driver's license, minimum NZ restricted Licence and have the right to work in NZ.
