Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our existing clients, serving as their main point of contact and trusted advisor.Proactively identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and introduce new products to clients, working closely with the internal marketing and product teams.Conduct regular business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issues promptly.Collaborate with our internal teams, including marketing, supply chain, and customer support, to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.Research and identify potential new clients, conduct sales presentations, and negotiate contracts to expand our customer base.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to make strategic recommendations and drive sales growth.Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our brand.Our Ideal Candidate: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably in the hair and beauty industry.Strong knowledge of haircare, skincare, and cosmetics, with a genuine passion for the industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Interested?
