This is an exciting Sales and Reception opportunity at New Zealand's home of fitness, Les Mills.

We have 12 clubs in New Zealand and around 50,000 members. To deliver the world's best fitness experiences, we're looking for an exceptional Sales & Reception Manager to lead our team at Les Mills Britomart.
Reporting to the Club Manager, you'll be responsible for achieving ambitious targets for new members on a monthly basis as well as nailing the welcomes, check-ins, enquiries, and 'see you tomorrows' of all our members.
You'll lead the Sales and Reception teams; recruiting, training, inspiring, coaching and driving them to succeed.

You will ideally have:
A proven sales and customer service background
Leadership experience coaching and developing others
The ability to influence and inspire those around you
A desire to develop culture and talent within a large and diverse team
Experience in fast-paced, high-performance environments
Your own fitness story and be passionate about health and wellness
This role is full-time for 40 hours per week and requires flexibility to cover Duty Manager shifts throughout the week.
