THE OPPORTUNITY A unique full-time opportunity presents for an experienced and motivated Sales & Project Manager to join Stratco's established and successful Cromwell based team. Reporting to the Central Otago Manager, you will be responsible for profitably growing Stratco's market share of roofing, rainwater goods, flashings and fencing sales in Central Otago. A key factor in maintaining and delivering that sales growth will be the hands on project management of roofing and cladding installations for the branch. RESPONSIBILITIES Achieving sales, growth and profit plans by actively seeking new business and providing exceptional service to existing customers Conducting sales calls to prospective and existing customers Managing internal staff and contractors to deliver supply and install contracts on time and to a high quality Working within our Occupational Health and Safety Policies, Guidelines and Procedures ABOUT YOU Skilled in project management Ability to thrive in a highly competitive industry A strong understanding of the building & construction sector, ideally with experience in the installation of building envelope products Ability to build a strong rapport and credibility with customers, contractors and internal stakeholders Practical and hands-on approach A commitment to workplace safety Excellent communication and interpersonal skills OUR PHILOSHOPHY Whilst manufacturing is our foundation, our team is our future.
