What you'll do:
Pricing analysis & CRM data maintenance
Analysing, updating and reporting of Customer Master data and maintaining the CRM system
Support with Sales analysis and system updates
Evaluate, analyse and review market prices and develop pricing recommendations
Assess the effectiveness of all pricing decisions on an ongoing basis
Assist with analysis of ROI of assets, profitability by customers, promotional activity
Based at our National Support Office in Auckland, this position plays a vital role in supporting our CRM system as well as taking ownership for maintenance of our pricing data in our ERP system. The combination of these tasks will enable you to provide market pricing analysis and insights to our commercial and sales teams. Reporting into the Head of Commercial, you will be comfortable being able to translate 'what the numbers say' to support sales strategy and pricing decisions.
You'll need to be commercially savvy with experience in analysing information and contribute towards making financially sound decisions. We'd especially be keen to hear from you if you also have experience in the hire or service industry.
What you also need:
Experience in an Administration or Analyst role
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and the confidence in presenting data, which is understood by your audience
Able to work with a diverse range of people and build successful working relationships
Excellent planning and organisation skills
Excellent computer/technical skills
Tertiary qualification in Business or Commerce is preferred
