What you will do: Maintain a friendly and efficient products function within the HCS Team, and to provide competent product assistance to ensure HCS clients (internal & external) are provided with the highest level of service achieved through excellent front line Sales, Customer service and first point of contact skills
How you will do it: Manage customer orders from receipt of order to shipment of product
Communicates daily with customers via phone and emails
Enters customer orders into Order entry system the same day the order is received
Maintain an ongoing relationship with selected customers
Collaborates with regional sales force and other field staff to deliver premier customer service
Forecast upcoming months financial figures within the timeframes set out
Works closely with other vital departments such as credit, billing, shipping, purchasing, technical service, marketing, etc.
Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets
Researches and resolves customer complaints/issues and provides customer assistance in locating and identifying replacement parts
Provides same day responses to scheduled dates and backorder status of product
Uses knowledge of products and product availability to provide a communications link to
the customer
Maintain Database in various sources Excel, iScala, SMX
Validate, provide resolutions for Purchase order related invoices in Maple
Responsible for working with customers where products are of a technical nature
Research and processes credit and return requests
Performs daily maintenance to customer orders to ensure timely delivery based on customer demand
Works closely with Service and Project Teams to provide best in class service
Complete adjustment sheets as needed to reflect accurate inventory count
Perform audits of warehouse, dock areas, and floor locations
Work involves lifting or handling of materials
Other duties may be assigned
Comply with all Company policies and procedures in particular JCl's Health, Safety and Environmental policies
What we look for: Experience in Sales & inventory operations
Experience with telephone and email customer service essential
Analytical skills to anticipate future inventory demand trends and avoid surplus or obsolete inventory
Ability to work independently and as a team
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes
Demonstrated technical aptitude for parts interpretation
Proficient with MS office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Working experience with ERP systems, iScala desired
