We are excited to announce an opening for a Sales Operations Manager , a newly created position designed to support our growth strategy and reinforce our commitment to being a customer-centric business. The focus of the role is providing support and smooth functioning to the sales team and sales processes through establishment and oversight of sales systems and reporting. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales administration processes to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any sales-related issues or discrepancies. Design and standardise sales templates. Oversee the CRM system and its use, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and completeness. Customise and configure the CRM system to align with business requirements and sales processes. Provide training and support to staff on CRM usage and best practices. Provide sales team members with necessary tools, resources, and support to succeed. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team. Work closely with finance and product teams to cost products. Monitor and analyse pricing trends, competitor pricing strategies, and market dynamics. Generate sales/market reports and dashboards. Manage and collate individual sales reports and dashboards. Analyse sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and concern. Manage and lead the Customer Service team and ensure their execution of tasks and responsibilities. What You Will Bring Highly organised, resilient, and motivated with the ability to drive change. Analytical and problem-solving ability. Strong communication skills. Good knowledge of sales processes. Proficient in data/system improvement, specifically with a high level of MS Office competency and CRM competency. Leadership/management experience working across teams. Bachelor's level degree preferable.
