Sales Operations Manager

Designed and managed here in New Zealand, STORM represents a confident contemporary woman with an inner Rock N Roll attitude. We are embarking on a very exciting journey and are seeking a new leader for our team who wants to contribute to this.
Situated in our STORM Head Office in Grey Lynn, our Sales Operations Manager role is key within our organisation, managing both the online and instore customer experience.
The successful candidate would support our 8 retail stores and our online business in driving sales, coaching the team, and anything related to the general day-to-day operation of their boutiques.
The Ideal Candidate will:
Drive online sales and profitability through providing an industry-leading exceptional online customer experience.
Have leadership experience working in multi-site retail management.
Have experience with managing recruitment and staff development.
Be proficient and confident with using Microsoft and have a problem-solving attitude when it comes to dealing with retail platforms in general.
Own the online customer experience by driving the online store with the goal of increasing traffic to the site and maximizing conversion rates.
Follow up on in-store orders and transfers, ensuring stock is in the correct place while ensuring they are processed as collected by the courier as soon as possible.
Coordinate and run stocktakes in-store and at our distribution centre.
Contribute to the profitability and growth of Storm consistent with Storm's target market and achieve sales and GP% budgets as set by the company.
