JOB SUMMARY:As a Sales & Marketing Support member at Easy Big Trees, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive assistance to both the Sales and Marketing departments. Your responsibilities will revolve around supporting Sales and Marketing Leads, managing CRM entries, handling sales inquiries, completing retail transactions, aiding in website updates, and assisting in various administrative tasks. Additionally, you'll actively contribute to creating and gathering sales metrics, supporting lead generation, ensuring adherence to the sales process, and assisting in pricing and contract relations.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Sales Support:Efficiently manage CRM entries by transcribing notes and voice recordings into the system.Assist with sales inbox enquiries, promptly responding to inquiries and directing them to the appropriate personnel.Handle some incoming sales phone calls, providing information and assistance to potential customers.Complete retail sales transactions, ensuring accuracy and providing excellent customer service.Assist the Sales and Marketing Leads and General Manager with delegated tasks and projects.Create and gather sales metrics to aid in analysing performance and identifying areas for improvement.Support lead generation efforts by contributing ideas and assisting in the execution of lead generation strategies (including telemarketing).Follow and ensure adherence to the sales process, assisting in streamlining operations for improved efficiency.Assist in pricing discussions and help manage contract relations in alignment with company policies.Marketing Support:Update and maintain website SEO by implementing necessary changes for optimisation.Assist in creating seasonal availability catalogues.Collaborate in updating tree descriptions for the nursery on the website to ensure accuracy and relevance.Assist in updating website photos to enhance visual appeal and align with marketing strategies.Support weekly email campaigns by contributing ideas, content, and logistics.Assist in creating ads and promotional materials for various marketing initiatives.Assist in maintaining and growing the LinkedIn presence and other social media platforms.Administrative Tasks:Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently including CRM.Collaborate with the team on various administrative duties as required.Support teamwork and cross-functional collaboration by liaising between departments.Assist in forecasting and planning activities by providing necessary data and insights (generated from Hortbase).KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:Achievement of Sales TargetsCustomer Satisfaction and Retention RatesSales PerformanceContribution to Market ExpansionSales Process EfficiencySOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE:Microsoft OfficeAdobe InDesignWordPressLANGUAGE:Native English SpeakerVISA CONDITIONS:NZ Citizen or NZ Resident #J-18808-Ljbffr
