About the role
This full-time Sales & Marketing Manager role at Nature's Ki is based in Whangarei, Central Northland. As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services, with the goal of driving revenue growth and increasing brand awareness.
What you'll be doing Developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue and growth targets Analysing market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and refine marketing strategiesCollaborating with the sales teams to ensure effective promotion and positioning of products and servicesOverseeing the sales team, providing training, support, and guidance to drive sales performanceTracking and reporting on sales and marketing KPIs, and using data to inform decision-makingStaying up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies to continuously improve the company's marketing effortsWhat we're looking for Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales and marketing management role, preferably within the Sales & Marketing industry.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growthExcellent communication, interpersonal, and management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-makingExperience in leading and motivating a sales team to achieve targetsFamiliarity with digital marketing tools and technologies, including social media, SEO, and analyticsDegree in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldAbout us
