Sales & Marketing Manager

Reporting to the GM, this role will form part of the lead team and will play a pivotal role in secure new business, spearheading growth initiatives, and optimising our financial performance.
The successful candidate will be integral to our Sales & Marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with log supply, site constraints and the best return to the mill through increased conversion, value recovery and production. This position promises a collaborative environment focused on elevating customer satisfaction and streamlining production.
Key responsibilities include: Achieve annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution. Foster enduring customer relationships by delivering consistent quality and service. Aligning team performance with organisational objectives through effective people management. Develop a strong brand identity that aligns with core values to enhance brand recognition and competitive edge. Conduct market research to stay abreast of emerging trends, new products, and regulatory changes. Implement a product development framework to integrate valuable new products into the sales strategy. About You As part of a thriving, professional and innovative business, you'll use your proven track record of success in sales and business development along with your strong business acumen and the ability to identify new opportunities to drive revenue growth. You will have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, and demonstrate a high level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Previous experience in the construction sector or wider forestry industry is preferred but not strictly required. Both Domestic and International travel is a requirement of this role.
