Job Description Assisting the Sales and Marketing Manager in administrative & creative work.
Handling enquiries, contracts, assisting with event details & correspondence.
Social media posts and creativity.
Is suited for individuals with strong communication and administrative skills.
Proficiency in design software.
A background in hospitality or customer-facing roles.
Social media postings, maintain accounts.
Menus design & creating promotional material.
Web pages.
Excellent in Microsoft Office suite.
Eye for detail, handling enquiries, contracts, deposits, & invoicing for groups and conferences.
Respond to guest comments on social media.
