Blank Canvas is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Assistant to support the General Manager as we execute our exciting plans for growth and continued success with our range of single vineyard, small batch fine wines. This role is part-time, flexible and based in our centrally located offices in Blenheim, Marlborough.Key Responsibilities:Assist with all direct-to-consumer business, including wine club shipments and e-commerce orders, local trade orders, liaison with customers and freight providers as required.Provide support with customer inquiries, order processing, and follow-up for domestic and direct-to-consumer.Organise and co-ordinate shipments of samples internationally to importers/distributors, wine media/press and for tasting submissions.Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities, including content and POS creation.Support the management and direction of social media accounts and assistance with creating engaging content to enhance brand visibility.Assist in coordinating, and from time-to-time participate in, consumer and trade wine tastings, events, and trade shows.Maintain customer databases and provide administrative support as needed.Requirements:A passion for wine and knowledge of the wine industry.
