Working Hours:
Monday: 9am-1pm (4 hours) (4 AM to 8 AM PHT)
Tuesday-Friday: 9am-12pm (3 hours/day) (4 AM to 7 AM PHT)
Saturday: 9am-1pm (4 hours) (4 AM to 8 AM PHT)
About the role:
We're looking for a sales-focused individual to join our client's team, primarily handling inbound sales and client bookings, with additional support for our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a primary passion for sales and client coordination, with an interest and background in marketing. We're seeking someone with a great attitude who is eager to learn and grow with our client.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Booking Coordination (Primary Focus):
* Manage incoming client inquiries and online bookings
* Provide comprehensive information about our services and packages
* Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
* Maintain and update the booking system
* Liaise with stylists to ensure seamless service delivery
* Upsell and cross-sell our services when appropriate
* Follow up with clients post-service for feedback and potential rebooking
Marketing Support (Secondary Role):
* Assist with basic marketing tasks during non-peak booking periods
* Help maintain social media presence
* Support email marketing efforts
* Aid in organising promotional events as needed
Requirements * Proven sales experience or strong aptitude for sales

* Proficiency in MS Office and booking systems
