Join Our Team as a Marketing, Sales & Administration Coordinator at Far North Solar Systems!

About Us: Far North Solar Systems is dedicated to providing top-quality solar energy solutions to homes, businesses, and agricultural operations in the Far North region. Our mission is to drive the adoption of renewable energy and create a sustainable future for our community. Responsibilities:
Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager to:
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our solar products and services.
Generate and capture leads, set appointments, manage customer relationships.
Create engaging, informative content and manage social media accounts.
Prepare marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and presentations.
Coordinate events and promotional activities to raise awareness about solar energy benefits.
Maintain and update customer databases and track lead & sales performance.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Assist the Operations Manager with:
Providing installation bookings & updates to the customer.
Supplier Invoices, DG Applications, and Solar App support.
Assist the Far North Solar Team with:
Main phone/email management and creation of new leads and jobs.
Meeting, travel, fleet, and H&S Administration.
Staff Inductions, Uniforms & Events.
Walking customers through our finance options.
Requirements:
Previous Sales, Marketing, and Administration experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AI.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Preferably IT and AI savvy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
A passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
