The Role: As our Sales Manager for the Havelock North office, you will have a natural ability for delivering an unbeatable customer experience for our clients.
Leading a team of largely experienced Sales Consultants we are looking for a sales professional who is motivated, organised, and able to manage in a highly personalised manner.
Key Responsibilities: Bring real estate experience and knowledge into our environment Manage the office to best practice across all facets of real estate Lead the sales team and individuals to achieve set KPI's and sales targets Drive specific individual agent activity, leading localised marketing and sales initiatives Foster positive and enduring relationships internally and externally Working alongside a very experienced Management team and four other Sales Managers across Hawke's Bay Why should you work for Tremain Real Estate?
