The Opportunity
Step into this newly created role as Sales Manager and become a key player in an exciting growth journey. Based in Auckland, you'll lead a passionate sales team while driving your own personal sales success. To set you up for success, you'll receive a comprehensive induction to master our client's products and systems, empowering you to become a key driver of sales in this exciting period of rapid growth. From managing key accounts to unlocking new business opportunities, your influence will be felt across the company. You'll then take lead of the development of the current sales team, fostering their growth and helping the business expand, ultimately turning the sales team into a dynamic, revenue-generating powerhouse! You'll collaborate with marketing and procurement, shaping strategies and delivering tailored solutions for clients. You'll also work closely with clients to scope projects, provide quotes, and deliver customised solutions. About You Demonstrated experience in sales management, particularly in consultative or solution-based selling environments. Ambitious for actively growing and managing your personal sales pipeline, striving for success that aligns with our company's goals Passionate about coaching and mentoring teams to reach their full potential and deliver high performance. A self-starter who thrives both independently and collaboratively across various departments. Well-versed in established sales processes, with a strong commitment to following and optimising them. Strong project management capabilities, including scoping, quoting, and delivering customised solutions. Results-driven, motivated, and dedicated to contributing to the growth of a family-owned business. Excellent communicator with negotiation and relationship-building skills.
