Manage the Service Sales function, including Digital Services and Driver Trainer & Coaching Teams.This role is to ensure that our customers can improve their business via the Scania service offerings.Key responsibilities:Performance & Process Improvement: Best practices & continuous improvement strategies. Analyse & report on team performance, collaborate across departments.Customer Service Excellence: Refine & oversee the customer service strategy ensure timely, professional support.Strategic Leadership: Lead initiatives to enhance service quality, operational efficiency & customer satisfaction. Provide strategic insights, drive decisions and improvements.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with senior management, sales, marketing, to support sales initiatives & customer engagement. Build relationships with external suppliers & stakeholders to ensure consistent service quality.Team Leadership and Development: Lead & develop Sales Service teams.
