About the role
As the Sales Manager, you will develop and guide the store team to achieve JB sales goals, ensuring close contact with customers and team members, including:

Leading a unified team that delivers sales, service, merchandising, and maintains operational standards across all product categories.

Coaching and developing the sales team to achieve required sales budgets through the JB Hi-Fi sales process.

Ensuring the shop floor is maintained with high presentation standards.

Maintaining stock integrity through compliance with loss prevention procedures.
