We are looking for someone who is relationship-driven, analytical, and experienced to drive our NZ business forward, working closely with the brand counterparts.
You will have existing relationships with key retailers and a deep understanding of the retail landscape in NZ.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Management – Executing go-to-market strategy with key retail partners to exceed sales targets and goals.
Taking an ethical and consultative approach with partners to grow market share more aggressively than the market.Data Analysis & Reporting – Building and maintaining forecasts for inventory based on seasonality and business performance by product and category to ensure correct stock holdings during customer and promotional periods.
Reporting internally and externally on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis on key account performance, with the ability to present the data and detail behind the numbers.Communication Excellence – Joining a fast-paced yet highly dynamic and successful team, you will be part of a matrix organization where a key contributor to your successes will be your ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders through both verbal and non-verbal platforms.Relationship Management – Nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met, fostering and negotiating win/win scenarios.About YouMinimum 4+ years of experience in account management and sales with a multinational company (preferably Consumer Electronics/Tech).Existing relationships with key retailers (Noel Leeming, Harvey Norman, JB Hi-Fi NZ, etc.
).Advanced level of analytical skills, able to forecast inventory and sales modeling/reporting.High threshold for working and thriving in an agile, fast-paced environment.
