Naumi Hotels has an exciting opportunity to join our group as Sales Manager - Wellington . In this highly-visible role, you will build and maintain critical industry relationships, create and pursue revenue opportunities with a variety of business targets, and work closely with other Naumi departments (Head Chef, Conference & Events team, Food & Beverage team, etc.) to deliver exceptional services to new and returning guests and client groups.

What you will be doing ...
Developing a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of Naumi sales goals and profitability
Increasing contracted business with a strong focus on corporate, government and groups
Increasing brand awareness through community engagement
Account Management
Hosting site inspections and events
Assisting in the development and implementation of sales plans as needed
Participate in designing guest experience enhancement programs
Analysing market trends and results
Building strong relationships both externally and internally

Proven success in a sales management role across multiple properties with a track record of exceeding target
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor landscapes
Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
