BUNZL is one of the world's largest providers of distribution and outsourcing services with a culture that focuses on nurturing and supporting their people.YOUR ROLEAs the National Sales Manager for Primary Health and Aged Care Markets, you will direct sales and service activities nationwide to meet or exceed approved sales, profit, and cost centre goals. You will manage and plan field staff activities, administer sales to specific market segments, and ensure effective leadership, coaching, and performance management of all direct reports. This role requires you to maintain key account relationships with large organisations, contributing to the development and implementation of key account strategies and plans.Oversee nationwide sales and service activities.Manage and plan field staff operations.Provide leadership and coaching to the sales team.Maintain key account relationships.Analyse and report on sales and market activity.Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and tenders.ABOUT YOUYou bring extensive healthcare experience, particularly within primary care and aged care, and have a proven track record in medical sales roles for at least five years. Your leadership skills are backed by at least three years of managing employees, and you are a supportive and driven manager who enjoys travelling. Your ability to develop and implement sales strategies will be key to driving the success of our sales team and achieving our business goals.Minimum 5 years in medical sales.At least 3 years of team management experience.Strong leadership and coaching abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive and strategic thinking.Willingness and enjoyment of travel.BENEFITSBUNZL and USL offer a comprehensive benefits package to our team members.
