The Role: As our Napier Sales Manager, you will have a natural ability for delivering an unbeatable customer experience for our clients. Leading a team of largely experienced Sales Associates across three Napier locations, you will:
Coach and empower the sales team and individuals to achieve next level goals Foster positive and enduring customer relationships internally and externally Manage the office to best practice across all facets of real estate Lead localised marketing and sales initiatives in an exciting and competitive industry Bring high EQ, experience and knowledge into our high performing team environment Walk and talk our brand and business, grow our presence in this region through results and recruitment. Although a sole charge role, you'll be part of a growth focussed team of sales leaders across the wider region, who share in and enjoy strong support structures.
