About the role We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts, increasing occupancy levels, and building strong relationships with prospective clients. Maintaining relationships with brokers and external agents to ensure an ongoing pipeline. Understanding clients' needs in order to offer the best products, working with them throughout their time with the business to increase retention. Ensuring our clients have all they need to work effectively and work with the team to ensure the day-to-day operations of the business hub are maintained.
Key Responsibilities: Business Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Collaborate and build strong relationships with local brokers, agents and other key partners to generate leads, engage in networking activities, and explore innovative approaches to drive sales. Engagement: Identify and engage with prospective clients, including startups, SMEs, and corporate businesses, to offer tailored workspace solutions. Organize engaging launch events. Marketing: Collaborate with our Marketing Team to create compelling local marketing campaigns. Utilize social media platforms and maintain an active presence on LinkedIn. Keep your pipeline engaged with regular updates and information. Sales Activity: Manage your sales pipeline diligently, ensuring maximum outcomes and adherence to company policies. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, review pricing strategies, and maintain accurate CRM records. Provide timely sales reports and updates to the Director. Operations: Assist clients with onboarding, resolve issues efficiently, and promote the use of Urban Hub's services and online tools. Liaise with other organizations as necessary. Skills and Experience Minimum 5 years track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets ideally in a real estate or service offices/office suites/co-working space industry or commercial real estate leasing. Strong sales acumen and networking skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes. Commitment to Health & Safety standards. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. Excellent organization and time management.
