Position Overview
The Proline team is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead their sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to maximize the performance of this team.
This role involves overseeing a nationwide team, developing and implementing sales strategies, processes, and fostering strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership: Coach and guide the sales team to achieve performance goals.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies based on market insights. Enhance sales performance.
Customer Engagement: Build strong client relationships, provide top-tier customer service, and resolve complex issues.
Performance Management: Drive the team to exceed sales targets through training and development.
Product Presentation: Represent Proline at trade shows, demonstrate products, and deliver presentations.
CRM Management: Use CRM systems to oversee the sales process, forecast sales, and maintain client data.
What You Need to Succeed:
Proven B2C sales experience, ideally in the industrial supply industry.
Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate a sales team.
Ability to create and implement strategic sales plans.
Great solution-based communicator that can build rapport with stakeholders and customers.
Proficiency in understanding and explaining technical products.
Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience using CRM systems to manage sales activities.
