Monitor sales trends and implement strategies to optimize store performance, including organic pantry products. Collaborate with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms for product procurement, with a focus on organic and sustainable options. Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations. Maintain a clean and organized store layout to enhance the shopping experience. Implement effective merchandising techniques to showcase products attractively, including organic pulses and grains. Stay updated on industry trends and introduce new, innovative organic products to meet customer demands. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution. Develop and execute promotional events or campaigns to drive sales and increase customer engagement across all product categories. Monitor and manage store budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.Qualifications: Proven experience as a store manager, preferably in a specialty tea, spice, and organic pantry retail environment.
