We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to join the team. You will bring your energy and enthusiasm to expand our customer base. A unique position for the successful applicant, establishing, maintaining and growing close relationships with food sector clients.
Who are we looking for? Strong customer focused and/or sales experience. Passionate, positive individual who thrives on taking ownership of their role. Individuals with excellent communication and relationship building skills. Those committed to maximizing relationships with existing and potential clients. Excellent people skills to manage a small but focused sales and distribution team. A dedication to animal welfare and high-quality food standards. Flexibility to travel once a month, at a minimum, to maintain customer satisfaction. For the right person with a sales and customer service focus, you have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company with a known and trusted brand. You will be responsible for:
Identifying new clients, developing relationships, and increasing sales. Engaging with customers and the general public in the promotion of our brand. Meeting sales plans, maintaining rapport, and meeting current and future customer expectations. Listening to and following up customer queries. You will ideally have a qualification in sales, marketing, or similar. Knowledge of Food, Grocery, FMCG, or Poultry sector would be an advantage. You must hold a current driver's license with a clean driving record. Your energy and results-focused approach will be rewarded with a retainer + commission-based remuneration.
