Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to lead and develop our Nelson based Account Management team while also maintaining your own portfolio of fabulous clients from the foodservice and hospitality sectors.
As the chosen one you will take ownership of your role, be passionate about sales and have a desire to be number one in a highly competitive market that does not favor second best. You will be leading a team of sales professionals who pride themselves on customer service and teamwork but value your stable yet enthusiastic guidance. The demands placed on the hospitality sector by its patrons are many and our team are expected to keep ahead of the game and ensure those demands are easily met. Teamwork is critical but the ability to think independently and strike a mutually beneficial deal is also a must as is the need to impart these skills on your team.

Likewise we'll know you're right for the role as your application will more than adequately present to us your professionalism, ability to lead, passion for service, love of food and amazing sense of humour.

· Reliability, integrity and honesty
· A passion for sales and achieving targets – preferably in the food service sector in New Zealand
· Ability to build and develop a team as well as client relationships
