Our Clients are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Customer Care Manager to join their team. Based in Wanaka, this office-based role will be focused on managing the sales and customer care for the Australian market. About the role: Reporting to the GM, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key relationships, and ensuring that our customers are delighted with every interaction they have with us. Some of your main duties and responsibilities will include: Identify and pursue sales opportunities, evaluate customer needs, and close deals. Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders. Handle negotiations, close deals, and manage customer objections. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and better results. Oversee order processing, delivery scheduling, and customer account management. Occasional weekend work and travel overseas/Australia will be required based on business needs. About you: Our ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years experience in a sales manager or leadership role, with proven experience in B2B and B2C sales. As you'll be working with people throughout all levels of the organisation and collaborating with the other teams within the business, having excellent communication skills is a must!
