About the Role:
We're looking for a driven Sales Manager to join our team in Rangiora, NZ. In this fast-paced role, you'll be responsible for boosting revenue and maximizing sales across New Zealand. Leading with a "Winners Win" attitude, you'll set high standards for success and resilience. Your focus will be on hitting Sales Team KPIs, meeting pipeline targets, and collaborating with Lead Generation resources. You'll set sales targets, coach and motivate your team, and develop creative sales and marketing strategies. Additionally, you'll enhance customer service, manage the support team, and ensure timely reporting, with a solid grasp of AS/NZ Standards to provide expert client advice.
Your days will be busy and varied, and will include:

Leadership of NZ Sales Team - Lead, motivate, and coach the team with a "Winners Win" attitude.
Sales Management for NZ- Build and maintain strong client relationships; resolve issues promptly.
Oversee and manage the opportunity pipeline; keep tracking accurate.
Strengthen and maintain client connections; swiftly address and resolve issues.
Regular phone calls and face to face visits to clients.

About You:
