Through constructive and focused leadership, you will support and develop a team of Account Managers and Business development Mangers to achieve their sales targets, assisting with key accounts and technology roadmaps as need. Other duties include:Build and lead a high-performing sales team, achieving sales targetsDevelop and maintain relationships with key customers and business partnersManage service delivery, measure customer satisfaction, and achieve consistent improvement in employee and customer satisfaction measuresImplement and manage specific sales campaigns, ensuring the sales team delivers on targetsDevelop a culture within the business that embodies a "Can do, will do" attitude, strong customer focus, and high energySkills & experienceWe are looking for someone with a proven track record of developing a high performing sales team within a technical environment.
