You will collaborate closely with key central functions to ensure regional and dealer network performance aligns with our financial and operational objectives.
Through inspiring leadership, you will drive and increase vehicle, parts, and accessory sales, enhance service retention, and improve business unit profitability while striving to make us the most customer-centric automotive brand in New Zealand.Some of the key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:People and Culture leadership including leading by example, fostering an engaging communication approach and driving a culture of accountability creating a high-performing team.Develop and implement strategies to maintain and grow dealer network profitability.Create Sales Plans that exceed stakeholders' expectations.Promote growth initiatives in line with business objectives.Align strategic objectives across the Sales team and operational plans.Develop and maintain relationships with the OEM to drive market share and growth.Oversee the onboarding and maintenance of dealerships.About you:Experience in sales management with strong business acumen.Successful formulation and implementation of sales strategies.Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable plans.Experience in negotiating and managing key relationships.Prior experience with dealer networks or retail dealerships.Proven ability to lead and sustain high-performing teams.Proficient in Excel and other computer skills.Automotive experience in distribution/retail or manufacturing.Relevant tertiary qualifications in business or related discipline – highly desirable.Strong results management and negotiation skills.Self-starter with decision-making capabilities and strong presentation skills.Apply now!Join us in driving success and making a significant impact in the automotive industry.
