This person will own the complete business metrics for NZ not limited to opportunity funnel management, enabling project wins, bid resource planning, financial orders forecasting, account and life cycle management support.The successful candidate must be forward thinking, while being operationally engaged in a manner that helps their team build to accomplish its goals and develops the next generation of leaders.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for the success and growth of key accounts and drive significant contract bank, spot and service project activity.Drive a team of Business Development Managers and Account Managers to expand business growth.Achieve and exceed Annual targets.Build and drive Management Operating Systems with sales team, region leadership and support function.Build forecasting mechanism to accurately forecast WINRATE probability.Develop New Zealand go to market strategy.Manage loads, activities, NPS, Win Rate, orders, pipeline and leads.Coaching and leadership support to direct selling staff and overlay management using Honeywell tools and processes.Provide input to talent acquisition and management.Key Experience & Capabilities:Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in either Engineering, Economics and Finance.At least 10+ years of sales and success leading a team in New Zealand Market.Strong preference for engineering, Solutions Software/technology, BMS and Security experience.Excellent people management skills, motivating, decisive leader.Proven track record in sales team management and experience in strategy, marketing, customer experience, and sales initiatives.Proven track record in exceeding targets.Good understanding of sales management methodologies.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Executive presence and self confidence to interface and engage with key stakeholders.Recognized leader who thrives on intellectual challenge and consistently 'raises the bar'.Knows the market, has network of potential contractors and users within New Zealand.About UsThe world is changing.
