Due to an impressive pipeline and associated huge growth potential, the business have created a new role, leading the New Zealand team to drive further market share growth, as well as driving growth in your own designated territory.

The Role:
Reporting to the ANZ Sales Director you will coach, mentor and develop your team to achieve sales results, drive hospital account management capabilities and enhance the company's footprint across the New Zealand market. You will also hold responsibility for driving growth across key accounts in your territory.

Responsibilities:
Lead team to maximise sales and achieve targets
Coach, mentor and develop your team
Expand team by recruiting additional, high performing team members
Support team to identify new business opportunities & develop specific action plans
Develop & maintain strong relationships with key customers & hospital accounts
Work cross-functionally with wider team

Skills and Experience required:
Displayed Sales Management expertise (healthcare ess.)
Superior account management capabilities
Proven sales coaching & mentoring capabilities
Superior territory planning capabilities
Proven ability to communicate clinical data
Collaborative, supportive & team player mentality
Displayed commercial acumen
Superior communication & negotiation skills
Displayed analytics expertise
Passion for positively impacting patient outcomes
