Sales Manager

Responsibilities

: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets selling end-to-end IT and electrical solutions. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, resellers, corporates, and government clients. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and delivery. Customer segmentation and regular reporting to Australian head office. Key Attributes: Proven experience in a Sales Manager or similar role within the electrical or IT solutions industry. Strong business development skills and staff management skills with a track record of exceeding sales targets. Ability to engage and build rapport with diverse customer groups.
