Reporting to the Branch Manager you are responsible for the daily success and management of our sales teams.  Being the Sales Manager at an Enterprise branch is a hands-on role working closely with the sales team and customers to ensure we meet our sales goals and maintain our high standards of customer service.  About us and the role; The sales team at Enterprise is powered by some of the best technology, systems and processes in the industry. *A purpose built Microsoft CRM manages our massive and loyal customer base *Autoplay manages all of our active leads *Our head office marketing team drive inquiries from multiple digital sources *The branch has a dedicated internet sales team *Enterprise has its own in-house finance company CFS Finance *Our sales people are well trained and motivated *We live and breathe our sales process  About You; To be the best we only hire the best, so we need you to be a super star! *Experienced on a busy used vehicle yard *A good  understanding of the CCCFA along with an ability to read and process Finance Applications in a timely manner. *Technology savvy – we need a Sales Manager for the future and not the past *A great communicator, coach and mentor *A passion for amazing customer service And most importantly – HANDS ON!
